General
Principles and Instituted Rules for the Production and airing of
advertisements.
The
Corporation and its various divisions with the goals and general and
artistic principles for the production and airing of all advertisements and
information and that is as follows:
1-Following religious
principles and setting a moral and ethical example for society.
2-Following the
constitution, laws, current systems, and media policy of the country.
3-Submitting all
advertisements and programs for inspection. The corporation reserves the
right to accept or refuse any informational or advertisement programs
without disclosing a reason.
4-All trademarks and
names displayed throughout the advertisement must be correct, un-fabricated
and in agreement with all official documents submitted by the concerned
parties.
5-All artistic aspects
of the advertisement must be in agreement with the country’s media policy
and respectful of local norms and society’s values and traditions.
6-Not showing or hinting
to those with birth defects or mental or psychological disabilities their
ailment
7-Advertisements must
not include explicitly other known trademarks besides the product that is
the topic of the advertisement.
8-Maintaing the
principles and integrity of trade and not resorting to dishonest methods of
trade, such as defaming or embarrassing other products, practices and
trademarks.
9-Maintaining the integrity of copyrights and patents in
accordance with the current system. |
