General Guidelines The Corporation reserves the right to run any adjustments to the prices listed, according to the corporation’s interests. All advertisers and advertisement agencies will be informed of such changes two months before they are applied. Prices of advertisements are decided by the general manager for local, regional, and international sporting events and live coverage of important activities and events. The television channel's logo is not displayed during advertisements. The shortest length for television advertisements is 15 seconds and for radio advertisements is 20 seconds. A single advertisement may be broadcast no more than two times within a single commercial break. When there is a joint broadcast, the corporation will alert the advertiser that the full cost of advertisements for each of the joint channels must be paid, and of the discounts related to such advertisements. In the case that an advertisement agency wishes to be officially approved by the corporation, an official representative of the agency must carry out the official proceedings at the location of the corporation and bring the following documents: 1- License of Practice from the Ministry of Culture 2- Photocopy of license from 3- Photocopy of license from the ministry of Trade and Manufacturing 4- Complete contact information 5- Written documentation from the agency listing representatives with the certification to negotiate and act on behalf of the agency. The corporation issues broadcast confirmation certificates for advertisements which are broadcast on any of its television or radio channels. Direct commercial advertisements are broadcast during and between all daily and weekly programming. Indirect advertisements are broadcast during most programming, as long as it is technically compatible. Indirect advertisements may only display the trademark, the product or an image of it, or the activity of the specified institution. Advertisements of government programs and service announcements are broadcast between programming mainly during the excellent advertisement time, unless otherwise specified by the advertiser. Such advertisements for radio are broadcast between programming and the entire broadcast time is considered one advertisement time for all government advertisements and service announcements. All rules and guidelines for program-related conditions prize announcements, and game shows are issued in independent statements. Resolution 13 of 2002 A.D. of the Minister of Information President of the Administrative Council is considered void with the issue of this resolution. Any other resolution or listing which contradicts the policy and guidelines of resolution 21 is also considered void All articles listed here are effective starting April 1st, 2002.
